How long does it take to process my registration and ship my order?

Can I return or exchange a vest if it does not fit my animal?
Yes, we offer a 30-day exchange policy for all apparel and gear. Items must be in new, unused condition. Please refer to our sizing chart before ordering to ensure the best fit.
Are your IDs and certificates legally required?
While the ADA does not require specific documentation for service animals, our products help handlers clearly identify their animals to the public, reducing friction in businesses and transit.
